I have purchased, sold, and traded dozens of cars and trucks over my lifetime. The folks at Creekwood have made this latest experience the most enjoyable and efficient transaction I have been involved with. I purchased a Ram2500 truck and traded my Tundra. Most of the dealing was done over the phone and via text. The vehicle was exactly as Ty described it and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Creekwood to pick it up. Dale was outstanding and the transaction was done is about an hour and we were back on the road to Texas in our "new" truck. I can't say enough good things about these folks and would happily return for future business with them and I am referring friends, as well. What a great team of people with quality vehicles. My wife and I walked in at 3:30 this afternoon wanting to look at a truck. The receptionist took a copy of my driver's license, then the salesman handed me the key and said "take it for a spin." No pressure, no hassle! We took the truck out for a while, and when we got back the salesman, Nathan, continued to give us all the space we needed to discuss what we wanted to do. After a little talking, my wife and I walked into Nathan's office and we told him we wanted the truck. By 5:20 we were on the road with our purchase. He gave us a fair price for our trade, and we thought that the price of the truck was also very fair. We had a GREAT experience at Creekwood, and will definitely keep them in mind when we look for our next truck. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram from Creekwood Motors. I did this from another state without seeing vehicle in person and had truck shipped to me. I was very nervous doing this but Ty and Renee were great to work with and made the whole process easy. I am super satisfied with the truck it is better then expected. I will be using Creekwood Motors for all my vehicle needs from now on.
I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition from Creekwood Motor Company. I drove all the way from Nashville, TN as the price was excellent and the service Ty provided prior to the sale was top notch! He face timed the truck so I could see more before I got there, which was eliminate the out of town factor. When I arrived to pick up the truck Dale was friendly, accommodating, and efficient on getting our deal completed. It was worth driving 5 and half hours for the deal and experience I received. If you are looking and see something you like that Creekwood has buy with confidence! I looked at some of the other trucks they had on site on my visit there and wow they have so nice rides! The dealer likes to make deals then turn around and sell the vehicle to one of his "buddies". He made a deal with me then turns around and changes it after I got a loan for the vehicle. I had been looking at the vehicle for about a month and went and applied for a loan on Monday. His "buddy" applied for one on Friday. I went and test drove it and let them look at my trade in. The dealer said if all was good with my trade in he would give me 5,000. Everything checked out so 5,000 it was. I left, then texted him on Monday when I was heading up there. I was already headed up there when he informed me that if I wanted the vehicle I was going to have to pay 1,500 dollars more and take 1,500 less for my trade in. Then he says that I can't purchase it because he is giving his "buddy" viable time to make a down payment. When it says on there website that they can't hold a vehicle without a deposit. I had 6 hours of driving time wasted and plenty of money spent driving up there for him to not keep his word. I guess in today's world it's just to hard to be straight up and be a man. When you make a deal you keep it, whether one of your "buddies" doesn't like it or not. I would never even consider trying to do business with this dealership again
